Silver Needle White Tea


A prestigious tea, only the top buds of the Da Bai (Large White) are picked on a Spring morning and selected to make this exclusive white tea. 

Flavours are sweet, vegetal and delicate. 

White tea is best steeped with water below boiling point (around 70 – 80 degrees Celsius) and can be steeped for up to 5 minutes. This results in a slightly viscous glittering pale yellow colour with evidence of floating white hairs that reflect light.
