If however you have received the incorrect items, we will gladly replace the product in question. Please email us at info@everythingtea.co.za. You will need to return the product to us in its original packaging. We will happily replace the items.

If you’re unhappy with the quality of the product, please email us at info@everythingtea.co.za. You will need to return the product to us in its original packaging. We will happily replace the items or refund you.

Unfortunately for any custom/personalised orders, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange due to the nature of the order which we can’t resell.
